In the height of summer, Gacho has released a new song, “Vējiem līdzi”, along with its official music video. The video aims to capture the feeling of the song by showing both the creative process and a gathering in a cozy Old Riga tavern.

“I wanted to create a light, uplifting song that inspires everyone who listens to it. While working on the track one summery April evening, we noticed—across the Lielupe river that runs past the house—a herd of cows heading to the river for a drink. That was a turning point in the performance of the song. It gave it the sound you now hear,” says Gacho about “Vējiem līdzi.”
