The song also features Laima Vaikule’s vocals from an '80s recording, which "MicRec" allowed to be used as part of a modern sample. The original lyrics were written by Jānis Peters, and the voice of Nora Bumbiere can also be heard in the track.

“Lelde Dreimane fit perfectly into this project — as an actress with a strong presence and truly powerful vocal ability,” continues Arvis. “She agreed immediately, and our collaboration was both creatively and emotionally fulfilling.”
The video’s cinematographer, director, and editor is Ritvars Bluka; lighting by Ņikita Karpovs; color grading by Dāniels Ivanovs; music production by Marks Spruģevics; mixing and sound post-production by Jānis Šmēdiņš (“Prime Time Records”).
The premiere of the song and video also marks another major announcement — Arvis Reiks has revealed his first solo concert, which will take place on November 14 at the concert hall "Palladium Rīga.”
“I feel that now is the right time to show who I am and reveal parts of my personality that many haven’t seen yet. With the project 'Olas', I’ve expressed one side of my creative self, but as Arvis Reiks I have my own vision I want to follow,” explains the musician.
The upcoming concert will be both a musical journey and a personal statement. “I want to share my musical side as well as personal stories and my perspective on the world. I’ve always wanted to develop a solo career — and it seems everything has aligned for that to happen now. I plan to create more music in English in the future, but right now it’s important to show who I am as an artist in Latvia. This concert will be my personal affirmation,” says Arvis Reiks.
